Enrique Tangari has owned restaurants for more than twenty four years in Tampa. He has opened a new restaurant to introduce his cuisine to the beautiful town of Spring Hill. He brings all the flavors of authentic Italian cusine. Homemade pastas, imported ingredients, fresh meat and fish are some of the delicious meals he makes. Every plate has the touch of his region of Puglia, a southern region in Italy where the flavors are intense. Enrique creates a diversity of plates to the Spring Hill community.
